Terms of Service — Slopeside

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into a binding agreement to make a reservation or submit an application through this site.

2. Reservations & Payment

Prices shown at checkout are calculated for the exact dates, term, or space you select and are final at the time of submission. Paying by card is processed through Square; a card processing surcharge (capped at 2% and disclosed before you pay) is added to card payments, consistent with Colorado law.

If you choose to pay by mailed check or Venmo instead of card, your reservation is held for 7 days pending receipt of payment. We do not guarantee a hold beyond that window, and an unpaid hold may be released without further notice.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel a reservation at our discretion, including where payment cannot be verified, where the information provided appears fraudulent, or where booking volume patterns suggest automated abuse.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation and refund terms vary by what you're booking and are set out in full in our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

4. Your Responsibilities

You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide at booking (name, contact details, dates, and any notes) and for any guests or occupants associated with your reservation.

You agree not to use this site to submit fraudulent bookings, to attempt to circumvent any rate limiting or verification (including automated/bot activity), or to interfere with the normal operation of the site.

5. No Warranty

This site and the booking process are provided "as is." While we make reasonable efforts to keep availability and pricing accurate, we do not guarantee the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Slopeside PH, LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or a reservation made through it, beyond amounts actually paid to us for that reservation.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
