1. Information We Collect

When you make a reservation or submit an application, we collect the information you provide directly: your name, email address, phone number (optional), and any notes you choose to add.

We do not collect or store your card number, expiration date, or CVV on our own servers. Card payments are tokenized directly by Square in your browser and processed by Square — we only ever receive a one-time payment confirmation, never your raw card details.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information you provide to create and manage your reservation, send you a booking confirmation, communicate with you about your booking, and follow up on applications or inquiries.

We also use limited technical signals (like your IP address) to apply rate limiting and bot-verification checks on our booking forms, to prevent automated abuse of our reservation system.

3. Service Providers We Share Data With

We use a small number of third-party services to operate this site, each of which processes a limited slice of your information solely to provide their service to us: Square (payment processing), Resend (sending booking confirmation emails), Cloudflare (Turnstile bot verification and, where used, network security), and DigitalOcean (hosting our database and application).

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

4. Cookies & Tracking

This site does not use advertising or analytics tracking cookies. Cloudflare Turnstile, used on some of our forms to verify you're not an automated script, may set a limited security token for that purpose.

5. Data Retention

We retain booking and guest information for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill your reservation, respond to your inquiries, and comply with our own recordkeeping and legal obligations.

6. Your Rights & Choices

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing [email protected]. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable state privacy law; we'll respond to any request consistent with those rights.

7. Children's Privacy

This site is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision.
